Time Square Kitchen started from a craving every New Yorker knows: chopped chicken, yellow rice, and white sauce under a streetlight. In Cairo that ritual meets Egyptian grill culture — kofta, warm rice, and hospitality that keeps a table full until 2 AM.
At Met hub mall in Sheraton, TSK plates the cart and the kitchen on one pass. Loud in flavor, lit like a diner: deep black, rich red, taxi yellow.
